Wingspan 21-24 mm. Forewing cinnamon brown, with a cream white basal transverse band, a second transverse band on mid wing, and a costal spot that extends about 2/3 across the wing . Hindwing medium gray.
Host, Oviposition, and Larval Feeding Habits
The species should be sought on Heuchera (Saxifragaceae).
